Central Bedfordshire has a good network of footpaths with many running through Tilsworth and the surrounding areas. The Parish Council liaises with CBC when any problems arise with the footpaths, ensuring that they are maintained and kept clear.
If you spot a problem with any footpaths in the parish, please report it to either CBC or the Parish Clerk.
If you enjoy the outdoors and walking you can join a People, Projects and Partnerships (P3) group to improve access to the local countryside and encourage others to enjoy it. Tilsworth has had P3 volunteers in the past who walked the local footpaths, helping to keep them clear and reporting any issues regarding stiles, gateways etc.
