I hereby give NOTICE that the next scheduled meeting of Tilsworth Parish Council will be held on Monday 18th November 2024 at 7.30 pm in the meeting room of Stanbridge & Tilsworth Recreation hall, Stanbridge Rd Tilsworth for the purpose of transacting the following business.
AGENDA
1. To receive apologies for absence
2. To receive declarations of interest from Members for items on the agenda
3. To resolve the Minutes of the Meeting held on Monday 16th September 2024
4. To resolve the Minutes of the extra-ordinary meeting held on Wednesday 9th October 2024
5. Public Participation for 5 minutes for members of the public to address the council
6. To receive a report from Ward Councillor Mark Versallion
7. To receive a report from the Police. Crime Stats for the previous month
8. Matters for the attention of Central Bedfordshire Council
9. To receive an update in respect of the Hyde
10. To receive an update in respect of common land boundaries and ownership
11. To discuss and agree a plan for the maintenance of the allotment field and vacant allotments
12. To discuss the registration of the allotment field
13. To discuss the recruitment of new parish councillors
14. To approve Q2/24 accounts and bank reconcilliations
15. To discuss and approve the budget and precept for financial year 2025/26
16. To discuss and approve the Clerks increase in salary.
17. To receive updates from the last meeting and general correspondence (for information. Clerk)
18. Authorise the following Accounts for payment
