 I hereby give NOTICE that the next scheduled meeting of Tilsworth Parish Council will be held on Monday 16^th September 2024 at 7.30 pm in the meeting room of Stanbridge & Tilsworth Recreation hall, Stanbridge Rd Tilsworth for the purpose of transacting the following business.

AGENDA

1. To receive apologies for absence
2. To receive any declarations of interest from Members for items on the agenda
3. To resolve the Minutes of the Meeting held on Monday 15^th July 2024
4. Public Participation for 5 minutes for members of the public to address the council
5. To receive a report from Ward Councillor Mark Versallion
6. To receive a report from the Police. Crime Stats for the previous month
7. Matters for the attention of Central Bedfordshire Council
8. To discuss common land areas and village greens
9. To discuss The Hyde and consult regarding the requirement for loan to fund outstanding works
10. To consider the following planning applications.

CB/24/02277/FULL. The Anchor Tilsworth

Ground floor side and rear extension, relocation of existing timber covered areas and associated external alterations to the main building.

CB/24/01513/VOC. Kingswood Travellers site

Permission is sought to vary Conditions 3 and 9 of permissions granted under CB/22/04926/FULL (The continued use of land for the stationing of 1 mobile caravan and 1 touring caravan for residential purposes with a new utility/ dayroom for ancillary use.

CB/24/02161/VOC. No 3. The Evergreens Dunstable Rd Tilsworth

Variation or removal condition of number 1 of planning permission SB/09/00042/VOC (Variation of conditions 1 and 2 of planning consent SB/TP/06/0741) Permission sought to change the named occupancy or remove the condition.
